The UAE Shooting Federation has announced that eight refereeing teams will participate in the Abu Dhabi International Airgun Championship, having successfully completed their qualification.

The Vice President of the UAE Shooting Federation, Colonel Hassan bin Hadiyah Al-Shahhi, confirmed the participation of eight UAE refereeing teams in the Abu Dhabi International Airgun Championship. The referees have been assigned to eight different fields. This follows their successful completion of a specialized qualifying course for the championship and their accreditation by the International Shooting Federation. Al-Shahhi highlighted that the UAE referees possess a high level of refereeing competence and will be evaluated at the end of the championship. This evaluation aims to contribute to the development of their skills and enhance their capabilities, ensuring their continued participation in world championships. He also explained that the strong competition indicators during the first two days of the championship confirm the world-class technical levels of the shooters. Al-Shahhi described the participation of the UAE team in the championship as a significant milestone that greatly contributes to developing their skills and benefiting from exposure to elite shooters, ultimately reaching competitive global standards.
